Leadership Development
I have specific interest and experience in Leadership Development. My work has resulted in quantifiable change and I presented the outcomes of one program, 'Brave New Habits', at the VALA 2012 Conference.
Broad overview of Leadership Development Programs: outstanding and quantifiable success has been achieved by the following broad model, usually over a six-month period with up to 20 participants:

- Supervision of a work-based action learning project to lead change
