My work involves partnering with leaders and managers in values-based organisations to support organisational change and development. Most assignments focus on the following:

  • Enabling greater clarity about, and personal buy-in to, organisational objectives; facilitating strategic planning processes
  • Building leadership consciousness and ability, through structured programs and executive coaching
  • Supporting a culturally aligned and highly motivated workforce; developing, implementing and supporting recruitment, performance planning/appraisal and professional development frameworks
  • Building dispersed accountability processes, reflecting contemporary approaches.
