About Jen Scantlebury

I chose the name 'Cocoon' for my consulting practice because of the connotations of change and implications of safety.

I established Cocoon Consulting over nine years ago, drawing on my experience as a Senior HR Manager and internal Organisational Development Consultant at RMIT University and the Department of Human Services.

I am appropriately qualified, have accreditation in preference profiling tools and am a member of relevant professional bodies.

With an ethical framework and belief in basic human rights and equality of access and opportunity, I have largely engaged with values-based organisations.

My assignments have varied, but a specific interest of mine is Leadership Development where I have achieved quantifiable outcomes using different methodologies in many organisations.

My work supports helpful and sustainable organisational and workplace change by partnering with clients to deliver strategically-aligned outcomes. I create safety through a collaborative and authentic partnership with clients and a highly consultative approach. I seek to understand different perspectives, different experiences and the complexity of issues that affect organisational success.
